In this challenge we will take away all the obstacles that keep you from starting or keeping your diet. We do the heavy lifting. I have already planned the shopping list, I have already planned the menus, I have already written out the recipes, It really is a "Hands-Free" exercise. All you have to do is put yourself on autopilot and follow the instructions.
How does this work as a catalyst? Well, to be honest, if you pay for something you are more likely to use it, In the past I have often given people free information, free food, free furniture, and other free assistance. What inevitably occurs in these events is that the material I provide sits there and goes to waste or rots. This is because human nature is that we value something according to how much it cost us. If something took an enormous amount of sacrifice and effort to obtain then we will protect that thing with our life. But if something came to us without any effort or sacrifice then it is virtually worthless to us and is treated as such.
